The organic hemp seed oil Ω from KANNABIO is a 100% plant-based product of our own Greek production from Kokkina Magnesia.
Rich in Omega fatty acids, it is a daily dietary habit to strengthen and improve the body's function.
It is derived from hemp seeds (Cannabis sativa L., THC<0.2%), variety Fedora17, harvested in 2023.

Properties: Of high nutritional value, hemp seed oil does not contain CBD. Our seed oil has a ratio of 3:1 in omega 6 (46.8%) to omega 3 (15.1%) fatty acids, which is considered the ideal ratio of omega fatty acids for the human body and cannot be found in other oils. Omega fatty acids are well known for their role in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis, depression, nervous disorders, cerebral function, as well as supporting immune function. In addition to omega fatty acids, hemp seed oil contains antioxidants, proteins, carotene, phytosterols, phospholipids, as well as minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, iron, zinc, and phosphorus. It is a rich source of proteins and amino acids, including the nine essential amino acids as well as vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, D and E.

Use: Hemp seed oil should not be cooked or fried, add it to salads, pasta, rice, vegetables, soups, sauces after cooking. If it needs to be heated, this should be done lightly and for a short time. To improve the overall health of the body, consume one teaspoon in the morning before breakfast and one in the evening before bedtime. As a cosmetic, add it to creams, shampoos and other body and hair care products, but also as a base oil for massage. Hemp seed oil is widely used in cosmetics and body and hair care products as it is easily absorbed by the skin while providing moisturizing, anti-aging and healing properties. It is also traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory action in skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema, acne etc.
